The Women’s Jewish Unity Initiative offers training on building Jewish unity by overcoming Personal and Group Sinat Chinam (baseless hatred).
This training includes:

Why a Women's Initiative
Understanding our learners is essential to education. Social media has highlighted women’s unique strengths in teaching and learning (introspection, empathy, and fostering community) which are crucial to address the Torah’s prohibition of “hidden hatred” (Vayikra 19,17).
This Women’s Initiative begins by recruiting 20 women-teachers from seminaries willing to become role-models willing to educate schoolteachers and community leaders. Applicants can contact us directly.
Combatting Antisemitism
Since the spread of Group Sinat Chinam triggers Antisemitism, our Sages assure us that these efforts will automatically lead to a decrease in antiZionism and Antisemitism.
